Your support makes our work possible. People Watching makes performances that are intimate, daring, and inherently human. Our company is run by it's six co-founders, with one producer and one technician. It is a project that is led from the heart and every show, tour, and creation is fuelled by our passion to connect with audiences and push the limits of what live performance can be. In 2025, we presented over 150 performances across nine countries. Touring a show requires enormous time, energy, and resources, and as a grant-based project, funding is never guaranteed. In 2026, we will take Play Dead to new audiences and finish creation of a new full length show, which will premiere in our home town of Montreal at the esteemed Usine-C theatre before touring abroad. Support from our community helps us cover the costs of set construction, equipment transport, and our team. It allows us to keep creating work that challenges, excites, and engages audiences around the world.
